PEFC is the world’s largest forest certification organization promoting sustainable forest management. This certification provides assurance that you are buying products from well-managed forests.

We also offer “Bonanza Wood” by Framerica. According to the company, Bonanza Wood moulding is engineered to exhibit properties superior to traditional woods and was conceived as an affordable and renewable wood source that has quickly become an industry standard for value and consistency.”Bonanza Wood” is a select stock of perfectly engineered composite wood, with a very smooth fine-textured surface. By choosing Bonanza Wood and indirectly supporting its massive recycling effort, Framerica’s customers effectively keep hundreds of thousands of mature trees standing. And, it’s made in the USA.

Presto, one of our manufacturers uses bamboo in a number of its moulding offerings. Eco-friendly bamboo absorbs nearly 5 times the amount of greenhouse gases and produces 35% more oxygen than the same area of trees. It is critical in the fight to end global warming. Bamboo is exclusively rain-fed and helps to reduce soil erosion.

It is a grass, so it regenerates without the need for replanting. Presto’s “Bambuseae” takes the beauty of bamboo and applies it to a core wood that is Forest Stewardship Council certified. The Council certifies that the wood is taken in an ecological and sustainable manner.
